Team Creation & Building, Technology Framework Selection and Strategy Development:

To create a high performing team and to scope out and structure the project,  we designed and facilitated a series of highly interactive workshops.

 Each focused on different stages of Framework Selection and Strategy Development journey and built on previous:

  • Team Education and Alignment, project vision, future states and success at one and three years, decision matrix on technology frameworks, timelines and key milestones and initial Implementation Plan with a Communications Plan

    • Using decision matrix,  Expert Team scanned internal and external markets and academic institutions for suitable processes and brought suitable models  recommendations back for final selection

    • Agreed to progress with Technology Roadmapping Framework, Cambridge University- CTM

  • Strategy Development with Cambridge University Experts

    • Developed Technology Strategy with vision, scope and multi-year implementation roadmaps; whilst also addressing technology stronghold shortfalls.

  • Implementation Plan Finalisation and Client Handover:

    • Final Technology Strategy, Roadmap and Communications Plan  aligned into Strategic Planning and Governance and  clear actionable Communications Plan addressing the technology strongholds and Business Process overview.
